It ain’t easy being a ‘petrol head’ these days.

Seems like the government and most of the non-driving population want us to keep our cars in the garage most of the time.

Well PFFFFT to that!

Cars are my life - I am currently the proud owner of :

• 1963 Ford Zodiac
• 1978 Citroen 2CV6
• 2001 Citroen C5

The first two are for pleasure - the third is for the practicalities of modern life.

The 2CV is my latest purchase - here is a piccie of the ‘baby’ arriving on the transporter:

To be honest, most of my time is not spent driving them, but tinkering around trying to fix the darned things (particularly the Zodiac - nice car, but a lot of bodywork ‘issues’ to resolve before I will eb really happy with it)

Well that’s me - and this is my blog, and as long as ‘her indoors’ continues to let me, I’ll be posting my car tales (of woe??) and any general mechanical lessons I have ‘learned the hard way’.
